  Absolutely phenomenal. Not pushy. Super straight forward and friendly. I'm a small business owner who was with PJC for a few years. After a vehicle was stolen, Took almost 3 years to receive reimbursement from the claim. Not to mention hundreds of phone calls and having to threaten to report them to the state. After that I switched to progressive. But after starting a small business I needed more coverage, and I really needed some direction and guidance. First off James (who is now my agent) was wiling to sit down and was take time to explain to me how the state minimums worked, and what cases they would fall short to cover me. Then he put together what he felt was really great policy with way more coverage and safety built-in than my previous barebones (minimum coverage) policy with Progressive. And in the end it all cost me almost THE SAME as my old policy. Plus I got 24 hour roadside assistance with almost unlimited towing. I've already used the roadside assistance once. They were fast, thorough and friendly. But even better, James took the time to stay on the line with me and talk me through the mechanical issues. I had my car back on the road before the tow truck got there. That's the kind of personal care and attention that most businesses don't just don't offer these days. Now I live in Kansas City, but I still make the drive. After all the trouble I've had with big agencies, it's worth it to me as a small business owner.
